Pahlawan/ Kesatria

eh kambing kenapa anda suka makan rumput ye, makanla burger ke, minum air lemon ke, makan sushi ke, Atau pergi Gim untuk sihatkan diri anda.

apakah yang dimaksudkan cabaran hidup yep? iaitu masa sukar dan saat genting yang pernah dilalui. Sejauh mana anda boleh bersabar dan menhadapinya dengan gigih bak pahlawan beb.

Gua pernah lalui keadaan ibarat macam nak K.O je. Tapi gua amat perlukan individu lain untuk monitor gua masa tu. Gua masa tu dah keliru, dan sangat tertekan. Perlukan Guideline dari orang lain.

Satu lagi, kambing di atas adalah satu pembuka lawak untuk selera. Hanya ilusi dan tak ada kene mengena antara satu sama lain. You Must survive and be strong to continue you life Journey. Ada pahit manis dalam hidup. Ilmu adalah pedoman hidup semua kitaorang.

Jangan mudah putus asa. Gua pernah lalui situasi dimana chemical dalam otak tak stabil. Dimana menyebabkan lemah Fizikal dan Mental. Rasa Buntu, rasa keliru dan Putus asa untuk meneruskan perjalan yang mencabar.

First, apa yang menjadi ubat mujarab ialah pengambilan vitamin B12, dan multivitamin lain dalam satu kapsul. Mujarab untuk mengembalikan keseimbangan mental tersebut.

Emosi gembira merupakan satu emosi positif yang membina. Bila kita meminati sesuatu pekerjaan, kita tidak akan cepat berputus asa melakukan sesuatu projek. Kita akan rasa gembira kerana seronok melakukan aktiviti tersebut tanpa rasa bosan. Kita akan rasa masa cepat berlalu kerana rasa seronok dengan aktiviti kerja tersebut. Kita tak sabar untuk memulakan pagi dengan kerja tersebut kerana kerja tersebut amat menyeronokkan.


Bila kita seronok melakukan sesuatu yang diminati, kita akan suka menambahkan ilmu dalam bidang tersebut.Kita akan menumpukan perhatian terhadap aktiviti tersebut dengan menambahkan ilmu dan aplikasi ilmu yang dipelajari. Lebih dalam ilmu seseorang itu dalam sesuatu bidang, secara sendirinya lebih tinggi pendapatan dijananya. Dengan membaca sekurang-kurangnya 30minit sehari, kita akan dapat menambahkan ilmu kita.

Apa jua perbuatan yang akan,sedang ataupun telah kita lakukan semuanya mempunyai pelajaran. Pelajaran dapat memberi kesan negatif dan positif pada kita. Pelajaran perlu di kaji dan di analisa untuk kesesuaian penggunaannya. Apa sahaja yang berlaku kita ambil iktibar dan belajar daripada kesilapan supaya kita tidak mengulangi kesilapan yang sama. 'When you lose, don't lose the lesson'. Maksudnya bila anda gagal, jangan lupakan pelajarannya. Perbaikilah segala kelemahan.
Sebagai contoh, dalam satu temuduga dengan Bill Gates 'What type of people you would like to employ?. Bill Gates jawab 'I would employ a person, who have failed before, the reason I want to employ is because I don't want him to fail in my company, so he must fail in other people's first!
Gagal sekali bukan bererti gagal untuk selama-lamanya. Jika diberi peluang ke dua kepada seseorang yang pernah gagal, kesetiaan, tenaga dan rasa tanggungjawab terhadap kerja baru beliau lebih meyakinkan. Orang yang pernah gagal telah tahu kelemahan dirinya. Jadi dia akan bersedia untuk mencipta inovasi baru.


Strategi Perniagaan

Apabila soal bisnes dibincangkan sudah semestinya kita mementingkan keuntungan. Keuntungan bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah diperolehi. Oleh sebab itu, kita memerlukan idola yang tepat untuk dijadikan top model dalam semua hal yang mahu kita kerjakan. Adanya idola membolehkan kita mendapat nasihat-nasihat dan tunjuk ajar yang positif berkaitan selok belok perniagaan daripadanya. Idola juga boleh dijadikan pencetus semangat dalam apa jua keadaan dan rintangan yang melanda. Dalam menjalankan bisnes, kita seharusnya bijak memilih idola. Idola yang memacu keuntunganlah yang patut dicari.

Bisnes bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah dikerjakan. Tidak semua strategi yang di rancang menjadi. Walaupun berusaha keras kalau tak memiliki ilmu niaga yang betul kita akan buntu jalan juga. Bak kata pepatah menuntut ilmu biarlah berguru. Dalam bisnes kita memang perlukan seorang yang boleh membangkitkan semangat kita. Seorang mentor yang memang seorang usahawan yang berjaya mencipta rekod. Dan apabila kita mengadu padanya 'aku berniaga ni dah dua minggu, merosotlah, tak mencapai sasaran'. Dia akan bertanya kita 'Berapa jualan engkau sekarang?'. 'Dulu-dulu selalu lima ratus, sekarang cuma empat ratus'. Dijawab 'Empat ratus bagus lagi, aku dulu pernah lima puluh saja'. kan anda boleh terfikir peluang tu masih ada!

The strategic planning is a structured approach systems to anticipating the future by the past experience and "exploiting the inevitable." All strategic plan should chart completely with the broad course for the entire complex institution for the next five to ten years process. It is a process systems for ensuring that the budget follows directly the plan rather than vice versa systems. Strategic planning probably not only just a plan for growth and expansion decision. The accurate strategic plan probably can and often does guide economizing and reallocation systems.actually the essence of strategy is differentiation. Take advantage from this question : What makes single university or college or department different from any other? Moreover educational institutions systems, like other service institutions configuration, can differentiate themselves based or linking on types of programs, delivery systems, student clientele, strategic location, and something like that. Once the planners envision or think what the organization will become, they must identify where should the organization is in relation to where it wants to be. This smart planners then should determine perfectly the specific steps required to get there in the future. This often becomes the hardest part of the planning process actually. Numerous day-to-day forces will and strategic movement divert attention and resources away from the strategic plan. Ingrained behaviors systems must be resisted in order to take new steps toward achieving the vision target.

Senior management must follow a defined process or methodology that will result in a strategic plan in a timely and efficient yet comprehensive manner.
The plan is developed but there is must be a process to communicate it throughout the organization and build organization-wide alignment to its implementation.

This will have to become the reality. Strategic plans can be developed in an efficient, effectively and timely manner as long as the senior management team of an organization is committed to meeting and working together perfectly over a period of several months to develop it completely.
